Lighter Sesame Chicken - super easy recipe with common ingredients. Much healthier version of a takeout fave!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 small chicken breasts (12oz), cut into 2″ pieces
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
