Healthy cinnamon buns? Is it possible? These have whole wheat flour and pumpkin (or applesauce), and they are vegan! I wonder if they are as yummy as they look.
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk(or other non dairy milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon raw sugar or maple syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon flaxmeal(optional)
  • 3/4 cup Bread flour (or all purpose flour)
  • 1/4 cup raw Cashew flour (ground raw cashew)
  • 1/2 cup whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil /melted earth balance
  • 2 Tablespoons ground raw sugar or other sugar
